The National Level Nuzul Al-Qur'an 1446 Hijrah will take place on the 17th of March at the International Convention Centre in Berakas. This year's theme, “Akal Sihat Dengan Al-Qur'an" or Healthy Mind with Al-Qur'an. The ceremony is jointly conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, MABIMS Centre for Al-Qur'an Studies and Dissemination and Imagine Sendirian Berhad. To ensure the smooth running of the event, a full rehearsal was held on 14th March afternoon.
Present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.
